炸蒜片 FRIED GARLIC SLICES

今日同大家分享炸蒜片的做法,試過在家炸蒜片炸得又苦又澀嗎?去衣有沒有覺得很麻煩?只要掌握到小竅門,就可以做出甘香可口的炸蒜片了!

蒜頭去除外衣,剝開成小瓣,小瓣放在矽膠的皮面上磨擦,就可輕鬆去掉緊緊包住的蒜衣。

將已去衣的蒜頭切片,放入滾水灼兩分鐘,取出瀝乾,用廚房紙印乾。

準備油鍋,開中火,再已瀝乾的蒜片轉小火炸至乾身及金黃,約需 8至10分鐘,取出前轉大火迫出油份。取出後吹乾用密封的玻璃瓶可保存一星期。
